Beginning in Austin, TX, in the heart of their middle school days, David Kapsner (lead vocals/guitar/piano), Michael Jekot (lead guitar/vocals), and Tyler Rush (bass/vocals) came together to transcend the barrier of blues-rock into funky psych-soul through their various music ventures. Bringing the audacious and wonderfully talented Tim Durand (drums/vocals) into the picture has recently solidified the band with a roaring sound and strength to complement their vibe. Dedication to their music has evolved The Mammoths from garage rock to sophisticated blues-funk, and constant experimentation has allowed each member of the group to always stay true to their roots. Jekot, self-described as playing in the “grunge-endrix” style, notes that Kapsner’s soul-vocals, Durand’s pure metal, and Tyler’s deep, groovy funk stand out in the realm of rock, drawing influence from all over to create a sound that is entirely new, yet curiously familiar."The Mammoths are an up-and-coming Austin band to watch fueled by their fiery unapologetic live shows reminiscent of a young Led Zeppelin. In meeting with these guys at AMF on their future plans, this band is clearly driven on playing hard and using the old school work ethic of making fans one sweaty show at a time,” said Alex Vallejo (Vallejo Music Group/Austin Music Foundation).
The Fat Catz
"Their music will take you out of this world with their eccentric style and unique beats. With jams ranging anywhere from spacey, funky, and jamtronica, they appeal to any ear in any kind of musical situation. Drums, two guitars, a bassist, keys, and some vocals these boys are bringing the heat and sending you to outer space with helmets and dancing shoes on. The Fat Catz (with a Z) might be a newer band on the rise, but they play as if they have been together for years. Look for them at upcoming shows and festivals within the new year. They are sure to show you a stellar time."- Elisha Gud, Appalachian Jamwich Magazine
"This is a band with drive and they aren't braking... They started up in Floyd, Virginia on New Years Eve 2014 and haven't looked back. Their new home is Burlington, North Carolina. They've got something to say here and we are willing to listen.
They describe themselves as having emotionally driven compositions, improvisation and progressive elements that bring forth lush layers of electric orgasm to create infectious and dance-frenzied atmospheres that are blissfully enigmatic. Seems legit, but they don't give themselves enough credit for simply being an incredibly tight group of musicians. Take your favorite modern pop from Brooklyn with a pinch of Canada and eighties Europe, stir in New Orleans funk to taste, and whip it all together with rave energy and you end up with a really amazing jam. They're extremely contagious." - Kirk, Owner and Talent Buyer for The Kraken
Erin & The Wildfire
Erin & The Wildfire
Powerful vocals. Infectious hooks. Sensual harmonies. Snacks.Erin & the Wildfire combine elements of funk, soul, and R&B into a unique experience for fans. Featuring the core four: Matt Wood (bass), Ryan Lipps (guitar), Nick Quillen (drums) and Erin Lunsford (vocals) – who’ve been together since college, evolving their sound for six years – and a rotating menagerie of talented musicians out of Virginia. The lyrical content comes from Lunsford’s life, loves, and the passions of her and the rest of the Wildfire – including those of female solidarity, body positivity, and pizza. The demanding presence of Lunsford’s voice, combined with the talent and charm of Quillen, Lipps, and Wood, makes for a high energy, inspiring performance that stays with you until the next time.“Each show feels like it’s the next and last chance to explain ourselves –another chance to connect with the audience to speak our truth. We hope that people seeing us for the first time (and repeat viewers!) feel appreciated and comfortable and we hope they feel inspired by the tunes.” Lunsford, “The Young Folks”
North Carolina natives, Zach Dunham, vocalist/guitarist, Quincy Platt, bassist, and Adam McLean, drummer, formed Arson Daily back in October of 2014. They effortlessly work hard, and play harder while making music and performance art their main focus, in proper rock n’ roll fashion. Over the last five years, the power trio has found themselves locked into an alt-rock, indie-garage sound reminiscent of the rage of bands like Cage the Elephant and Portugal the Man.
In the early stages of Arson Daily, they spent years playing in packed basement shows; contributing to their inspiration and growth of rowdy stage performances. Their fierce energy encapsulates the listener, holding them hungry for the next show. The blending of Dunham’s vocals, coupled with Platt’s golden-groove bass licks, and the powerful sound of McLean’s percussion, create the complex style that is the revelation, Arson Daily.
When put up against the world, music like Arson Daily can teleport you to a tropical alt-rock reservoir, with their story telling abilities that showcase the sentimentality that even an extroverted three piece can provide. For listeners looking to walk like a badass, throw on Arson Daily to put some party pep in your step.

Nirvana a.k.a Vana Liya grew up outside of New York City. Being of Caribbean descent, Vana was surrounded by soca, calypso, dancehall and reggae music. Vana's mom gave her a ukulele for Christmas and a few years later she began covering songs by some of her favorite artists. The combination of the ukulele and her soft voice put a unique twist on some reggae-rock staples. Artists like 311, Rebelution, Stick Figure and SOJA shared Vana’s covers across social media platforms, which was the beginning of Vana finding her audience. After gaining traction, in early 2018 Vana Liya signed with Pepper's LAW Records becoming the first female and first solo artist.
Subsequently she released her debut single "Show Me". Later that year, Vana visited Stick Figure's Great Stone Studios in Oakland, CA. She recorded "Go For It" with Johnny Cosmic of Stick Figure. Cosmic signed on to produce her debut album, which is scheduled for a 2020 release. She says “Working with Cosmic has helped me find my sound - there’s a new feel behind this album.” Vana has shared the stage with bands like SOJA, Pepper, The Expendables & The Movement.

The Outcrops play music with heart. They have dug their roots into rock'n'roll, blues, funk, R&B, old country and jazz. Their original music stems from the same soulful soil. Cassidy Rain (vocals/guitar) and Bryan Schroeder (lead guitar) started the band in 2016 with a passion for rock’n’roll and blues music from their love of bands such as the Allman Brothers, the Grateful Dead, and blues artists such as B.B King and Buddy Guy. They hope to enliven every audience and shed a little sunlight on such timeless music.

MAGIC BEANS + MUNGION
Magic Beans have steadily built upon their national notoriety in a short period of time with a distinguishable sound that is uniquely their own. Hailing from Denver, the band’s combo of funk/soul/rock has quickly set themselves apart from the pack as one of the state’s premier acts. The Beans made their Red Rocks debut in April of 2019, prior to releasing their new album, Off Leash, on June 21st, 2019.
The new album, “Off Leash”, is a testament to the group shedding the restraints of genre based music in favor of embracing different elements found across the musical realm. It was also an exercise in pushing the band’s sound forward, building upon the last release as opposed to simply recreating the sound. Magic Beans use analog and vintage instrumentation to get a style that is both familiar but original. A B3 Organ here, a Wah guitar there - Vintage Synthesizers, and 808 drums (to name a few) make the music reminiscent of your favorite songs, while still sounding fresh. The Beans make music that moves your mind and body, with something for everyone from the audiophiles to the everyday music fan.
Disenchanted with the regular studio experience, the band sought out more Off Leash methods for the recording process and brought the studio to them. Bringing everything you need to record into guitarist Scott Hachey’s house in downtown Denver for 3 days of non-stop tracking. This allowed for a recording process that was not hindered by time or budget, allowing for the band to truly dial in the sounds they wanted while leaving the time for spontaneous creation. The result is a well developed and mature album, sonically brilliant, and yet doesn’t lose that home-made vibe the band desired. You can hear the love baked into each song, as many of the tracks were recorded in the kitchen or living room. ‘Off Leash’ also features guests from the band’s close musical family adding brass, percussion, lap steel, banjo, and more.
With appearances in 2019 some of the scenes marquee festivals, Red Rocks Amphitheater, a stacked touring schedule and hosting their own Beanstalk Music Festival every June in Colorado, Magic Beans are poised to make waves for many years to come.

The Alabama-born, Tennessee-bred alt-southern rock band - The Vegabonds - kick off 2019 with the release of their fifth album (and first for Blue Élan Records) entitled “V.” The band will support “V” with a full year of non-stop touring throughout North America and Europe.
Produced by Tom Tapley (Blackberry Smoke, Sugarland, Mastodon), “V” audibly illustrates the band’s unconventional yet contagious brand of Southern rock and highlights the best of The Vegabonds’ unique musicianship, vocals, lyrics and sound.
"V" crosses boundaries of multiple music genres. These vibrant songs travel from sad to soulful; gritty to glorious. It’s a timeless American album in the sense it deals with eerie matters working people endure and captures their salvation in a song. Songs like “Partyin’ with Strangers”, the new single “I Ain’t Having It” and “When The Smoke Clears Up” proves the group’s ability to move people with a story, beat and melody.
Vocalist Daniel Allen recently revealed, “I hope fans hear stories in the album. We are in a very unique time in history, and this album touches on the struggle of every day folks doing their best to navigate love, work, beliefs and the ever-changing politics that flood our lives daily.”
The Vegabonds got their start in Alabama in 2009 by playing the college circuit across the Southeastern United States. Their popularity quickly burgeoned to the point where they found their fans singing along word-for-word to their first hits like “Georgia Fire” and “Shaky Hands.” Through pure word of mouth, the group’s fan base rapidly grew, and the guys learned they had something distinctive with their eclectic mix of Southern Rock, Country, and earnest songwriting. Their DIY ethic delivered three full-length albums and an EP before partnering with Blue Élan Records for their current release.
With a sound reminiscent of Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers mixed with the grit and twang of the Allman Brothers Band, The Vegabonds deliver a sensational performance, with powerhouse guitar riffs and impactful songwriting, night after night. Their hard work and unbridled talents have not gone unnoticed; the group has opened for such notable acts as Lynyrd Skynyrd and the late Gregg Allman and delivered rousing performances at festivals like Peach Festival, Sweetwater 420, Magnolia Fest, Sunfest and Taste of Randolph.
In addition to countless dates throughout the Southeast, the band has toured Europe three times, played multiple dates in Canada and have visited every corner of the US.
A group of five musicians with myriad influences between them, The Vegabonds are fronted by lead vocalist and songwriter Daniel Allen, with Richard Forehand (lead guitar/vocals), Paul Bruens (bass), Beau Cooper (keys/vocals), and Bryan Harris (drums) rounding out the quintet.
